Sample layout — not an actual client project

An agency whose site won Awwwards Site of the Day holds 89 followers on its own Instagram. That isn't a weakness signal so much as an extremely common one: every resource goes into client work and the studio's own channel waits. But in B2B, the buyer usually checks the channel first.
3D hero, live chat panel, a polished visual language — all on the site. Social holds 21 posts. The two surfaces don't carry equal weight.
For an agency the easiest channel is its own projects: the material exists and costs nothing extra. Here it isn't being used.
The client asks 'what did they do for themselves?' An empty channel answers badly.
The lesson cuts both ways: our own channel carries the same risk. Putting this example in a portfolio is also a standard set against ourselves.
