Site traffic (Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless) and anonymous in-product usage events (Supabase "events" table) — neither is tied to a specific person.
Contact and inquiry data lives in a Supabase (Postgres) database with access control (RLS). Only the PixelLabs team has access — data is never automatically pushed to a third-party marketing tool.
Used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a project proposal, and — where you've consented — email you the report you requested. Never passed to a third party for sale.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Email [email protected] with the type of request (access / correction / deletion) and the email address you used to contact us. We process these requests as quickly as we can, typically within a few business days. [email protected]
Note: requests are currently handled manually by email — a self-service deletion feature on the site is coming later.
