PixelLabs collects only what's necessary, never sells your data, and explains on this page exactly what every piece of data is used for.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic statistics. It sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and builds no personal profile — so no cookie-consent banner is required.
We also log anonymous product usage events (e.g. a tool was started, a result was viewed, a form was submitted) in a Supabase "events" table. These records aren't tied to an individual and are used only to improve the product.
When you fill out our contact form, submit a project inquiry, or use one of our free tools (e.g. the site checker), we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone, site URL, project description.
This data is used only to respond to you, prepare a project proposal, and — where you've consented — email you the full report you requested. We never sell your data or share it with third parties without permission.
Contact and inquiry data is kept for a reasonable period after the active relationship ends, then deleted or anonymized. Anonymous analytics events, since they aren't tied to an individual, may be retained longer in aggregate form.
Analytics accounts (GA4, etc.), the domain, and — wherever possible — code created for your project stay in your name. PixelLabs never holds an account hostage as leverage. You can request access to your own data at any time.

Every marketing and follow-up email we send ends with an unsubscribe link — one click stops further email to that address; no account or login required.
Send a deletion or access request to [email protected] from the same email address you used to contact us — that confirms the request is really yours. Requests are typically completed within a few business days: for access we send a copy of the data we hold; for deletion your contact records are removed from the database.
