Eight markets, a flow that starts with an address

A delivery platform across the Gulf. Local business begins with one question — where are you? So does the site: not with a catalogue, but with an address field. Restaurants, groceries and flowers all hang off the same flow, and the user picks a neighbourhood before picking a product.
The hero holds only the search field and 'Let's go', with a geolocation button beside it. Without a delivery zone, both the price and the ETA are fiction.
We measured 16 hreflang alternates — separate English and Arabic pages for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and more. The widest of every candidate we measured.
Food, groceries, flowers — three businesses on identical cards and one flow. Adding a category doesn't mean rebuilding the interface.
A warm beige ground, a single orange accent, a torn-paper edge — warmth is rare in the delivery category. Measured: canonical and og:image present, one H1, 7 of 25 images without alt text.
