We run your ad channels as one strategy, not separate silos — targeting, budget allocation, tracking and reporting in one place. Budget is spent from your own ad account; we only charge a management fee.
Management fee billed separately from budget — no markup on ad spend
Ad accounts open in your name, tracking verified before spend starts
Every channel's results are clear in the monthly report
Your ad budget works toward a measurable result — you see what each channel returns; the management fee is invoiced separately from the budget.
Mainly a clear picture of what you sell, who buys it and where enquiries reach you today — we work out the rest with you. On the technical side we need access to your existing ad accounts, website and analytics; if an account doesn't exist yet, we open it in your name. Writing the creative and the ad copy is our job, so from you we need accurate product information and sign-off.
No. We start by reviewing the existing accounts, the campaign structure and whether tracking genuinely works, and we don't switch off anything that is already producing results. Account history is a real asset, so we build on it and rebuild only the parts that hold performance back or can't be measured at all.
You set the budget, and we recommend how to split it across channels based on your market, your competition and the goal. There is no single figure that fits every business — it makes sense to start at a level that produces enough data to make decisions on. The spend comes out of your own ad account, and our management fee is invoiced separately from it.
You do. The ad accounts, the pixel and conversion tracking, GA4 and the domain are all in your name — our access is simply removed. Campaign history and audience lists stay in the account as well, so whoever works with you next isn't starting from zero, and we hand over a written list of accounts and accesses when the work ends.
We don't guarantee results — before launch we agree on the metric we'll judge by, such as the number of enquiries and what each one costs. If a channel or campaign doesn't deliver against it, we move budget to what works better and pause what doesn't. The cause isn't always the ads themselves — sometimes it's the site, sometimes how quickly enquiries get answered — and whatever we find, we say it plainly in the report.
